The Hearing will be held at the Washington County District Courtroom, Judge Samson presiding, December 6, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. All Defendants, persons, or people who may have a claim to any excess proceeds being held in these matters after the payment of the City of Blair's claim are to appear at court on December 6, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. before the Honorable Judge Samson to be heard or will forever be barred.
