Four Blair High School girls basketball players earned postseason recognition recently from the Eastern Midlands Conference (EMC).
Addie Sullivan was named a first team honoree. The senior forward averaged 12.1 points per game, according to stats uploaded to maxpreps.com, and will play college hoops at the University of Nebraska-Kearney.
Underclassmen Kate Wulf, Taytum Macholan and Cadence Field, meanwhile, earned EMC honorable mention. Wulf scored nine points per game this past season for BHS, while Field averaged 7.8 and Macholan scored six.
The Bears' conference also recognized student-athletes for their prowess in the classroom. Hayden Frink-Mathis, Wulf, Claire Anderson, Abby Leggott, Ally Sullivan and Kenzie Policky were all EMC Academic award recipients.
Notably, both Frink-Mathis and Wulf are NSAA All-State Academic honorees as well.
Coach Matt Aschoff's Blair squad closed out the 2024-25 season 15-11 overall.
