RVR Bank employees promoted

Two RVR Bank employee promotions were approved at the recent annual meeting of the RVR Bank Board of Directors. Denise Dein was promoted to vice president – branch manager-Blair and Ashley Kult to Retail Banking specialist.

Dein has been with RVR Bank (formerly Two Rivers Bank) for 25 years. Dein has served the bank in a variety of roles in operations, marketing, information security and served as vice president-Cashier and vice president-Operations. Additionally, Dein is an accredited ACH professional.

In this new role, Dein’s responsibilities include the management, direction and development of the Blair branch. She will work closely with Joel Bacon, market president, to provide leadership and communication to the branch staff.

Dein is the treasurer of Blair Rotary and just finished a term on the Washington County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors where she served as board president. She has also served as president of the Gateway Development Corp. Dein and her husband live on a farm outside of Blair and have an adult son.

Kult has been with RVR Bank for seven years and brought 12 additional years of banking experience with her. She has experience as a teller, teller supervisor, personal banker and loan operations specialist. She has worked in both the Arlington and Blair branches.

In this role, Kult will provide overall lending and operations support, while also taking on a larger role in consumer lending.

Kult was born and raised in Blair and graduated from Blair High School. Kult, her husband and their three sons continue to reside in Blair.
