PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the City of Blair Planning Commission on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Blair City Hall, 218 S 16th St., in Blair, Nebraska. Public Hearings will be held, and recommendations made, on the following items: Consider an Ordinance amending the City of Blair Zoning Regulations, Article 8, Section 805.4 Exceptions, by adding “Garage, Repair” to the list of Excepted Uses in the Office Park District (OPD). The Mayor and City Council will also hold separate public hearings on these applications on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
