PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the City of Blair Planning Commission on Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Blair City Hall, 218 S 16th St., in Blair, Nebraska. . Public Hearings will be held, and recommendations made, on the following items: 1. Conditional Use Permit application submitted by Steve & Chaney Doolin, 1818 Lincoln Street, Blair, Nebraska, for a detached garage located in the rear yard on the East One-Half (E1/2) of Lot 25 and all of Lots 26 and 27 in Block 44, City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska, (1818 Lincoln St), for the life of the primary structure. 2. Conditional Use Permit renewal application submitted by Brian Schouten of All, Inc., 3708 Buckthorn Dr, Blair, Nebraska, for the continued use of a non-commercial repair shop on Lot 1, Block 4, Oak Park First Addition, (10249 Cook Drive), A Subdivision in Washington County, Nebraska, for ten (10) years. 3. Consider an Ordinance amending the City of Blair Zoning Regulations, Article 3, Section 303; Article 5, Section 501; Article 7, Sections 701, 702, 703, 704 and 705 and Section 1103, by adding and changing language regarding accessory structures and their setbacks. The Mayor and City Council will also hold separate public hearings on these applications on Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Blair City Hall, 218 S 16th St., in Blair, Nebraska.
