PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held before the City of Blair Planning Commission on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Blair City Hall, 218 South 16th Street in Blair, Nebraska. Public Hearings will be held, and recommendations made, on the following items: 1. Final Plat application submitted by the City of Blair, 218 S. 16th Street, Blair, Nebraska, for South 10th Street subdivision, Lots 1 through 8 and Outlots A, B & C, a plat of Tax Lot 277 in the Northwest Quarter and Northeast Quarter of Section 13, and part of Tax Lot 226 in the Southeast Quarter of Section 13, all in Township 18 North, Range 11 East of the 6th PM, Washington County, Nebraska. 2. Preliminary Plat application submitted by Steven C. and Renee A. Olsen, 2519 College Drive, Blair, Nebraska, for Olsen’s Addition, a replat of Tax Lots 524 and 484 located in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 18 North, Range 11 East of the 6th PM, Washington County, Nebraska, and Larsen and Jipp Third Addition to the City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska. 3. Consider a Conditional Use Permit renewal application by Sapp Bros.
