Public Hearings will be held and recommendation made on the following items: 1. Preliminary Plat application submitted by Dale and Jennifer Hansen, 14771 County Road 20, Blair, Nebraska, for the Rock Haven Subdivision, located in the West ½ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 9, Township 18 North, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M., Washington County, Nebraska. The Mayor and City Council will also hold a separate public hearing on this application on Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
