PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a "One & Six Year Road and Street Plan" for the Village of Kennard, Nebraska has been recommended for approval by the Chairperson and Village Board of Trustees, and that a Public Hearing be held on said One & Six Year Road & Street Plan on the 7TH day of March, 2023, beginning at 7:00 p.m., at the Village Hall at which the objection to or recommendations for said Plan will be heard.
