NOTICE VILLAGE OF KENNARD, NE On the 2nd day of January 2024 the Board of Trustees of the Village of Kennard, Nebraska adopted an ordinance entitled:--ORDINANCE 370- AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SWIMMING POOL ORDINANCE 292 AND TO CODIFY THE AMENDED ORDINANCE 292 INTO ORDINANCE 2015-4 SECTION 17.14 PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF THIS ORDINANCE, TO REPEAL ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDE FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
