NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that the County Clerk will receive sealed bids until Tuesday Feb 13, 2024 @ 3:00 p.m. for “Asphalt Crack Sealing” for approximately 100 miles more or less of Hard- Surfaced Roads in Washington County. Washington County retains the right to add to or remove miles from total depending on Budget figures. Bids to be submitted on the proposal forms in accordance with the Plans & Specifications on file in the Office of the Washington County Road Department, Blair, Nebraska. The Board of Washington County Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
