NOTICE TO BIDDERS STRUCTURE DEMOLITION VILLAGE OF HERMAN, NEBRASKA Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Village Clerk of Herman, Nebraska, until 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 10, 2023, and shall be publicly opened and read at the meeting of the Village Board of Trustees on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. Each bid shall be sealed and addressed to the Village Clerk, PO Box 196, 504 Main Street, Herman, Nebraska 68029-0196 and shall be labeled on the outside “Structure Demolition.” Any bids received after the above deadline or submitted in any other manner shall not be considered. The successful bidder will be required to execute a contract, a term of which requires project completion within thirty (30) days of the date of contract execution.
