Moses who acquired title as Chance Moses, as Trustor, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Beneficiary, as nominee for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns as Beneficiary, and First American Title Insurance Company as Trustee.
