NOTICE OF PASSAGE AND PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE Public notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska, at their meeting on December 14, 2021 have passed and approved Ordinance No. 2468 the title of which reads as follows: ORDINANCE 2468 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA; VACATING AND ABANDONING DAKOTA CIRCLE IN JENSEN ACRES SUBDIVISION, A PLATTED SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 18 NORTH, RANGE 11 EAST OF THE 6TH P.M., WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA REQUIRED DUE TO REPLATING AS PER ATTACHED “EXHIBIT A”, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AND PUBLISHED IN PAMPHLET FORM.
