NOTICE OF PASSAGE AND PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE Public notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska, at their meeting on June 8, 2021 have passed and approved Ordinance No. 2446 the title of which reads as follows: ORDINANCE 2446 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PURCHASE AND ACQUISITION OF NECESSARY LAND FOR THE EXTENSION OF PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY FROM WILBUR STREET TO UNITED STATES HIGHWAY 75 FOR THE 10TH STREET EXTENSION PROJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE IN PAMPHLET FORM.
