NOTICE Meeting notice for Memorial Community Hospital Health System. Memorial Community Hospital and Health System will hold its Annual Health System Meeting on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Memorial Community Hospital in the lower level conference rooms, 810 North 22nd Street in Blair. Registration to begin at 5:30 p.m., meeting will be called to order at 6:00 p.m. The format of the meeting will be an Annual Report to the Community. On the agenda is the nomination of Sarah Chatt to serve on the MCH Board of Directors. Nominations from the floor also will be accepted. All members of the MCH Corporation are encouraged to attend the Annual Health System Meeting.
