Duane T. “Maverick” Matzen, age 81 of Fort Calhoun, born Nov. 25, 1941, in Blair, died Feb. 17, 2023, in Fort Calhoun.
Preceded in death by: parents, three brothers and twin infant daughters.
Survived by: wife, Pauline of Fort Calhoun, sons, Terry of Blair, Shawn (Lisa) of Lincoln, David (Kim) of Bellevue, brother, Vern (Ken) of Port Orchard, Wash., five grandchildren, one great-grandchild and numerous other family members and friends.
Celebration of Life Service to be announced at a later date.
