Blair JV, Unified track teams compete at Bennington

The Blair junior varsity and Unified track and field teams participated during a Tuesday meet at Bennington.
London Larsen and Mia McClain led the JV lineup, earning event wins. Larsen cleared 4 feet, 10 inches in the high jump to claim first, while McClain cleared 8 feet in the pole vault for top honors. Jacy Schueth was second in the pole vault and took third in the 300-meter hurdles behind BHS teammate Lucy Lindau, who took second in the event with a time of 55.7 seconds. Ella Donner was third in the 100 hurdles, too, clocking in at 17.91 seconds.
Lindau, Kenzie Policky, Ellie Williams and Jordan McGill added a third-place Bears showing in the 1,600 relay as well.
Blair's Unified team, meanwhile, dominated the shot put with top finishes. Riley Yanek, Caden Finken, Jaden Rogge, Cornez Tucker, AJ Damme, Lincoln Kruse, Easton Bosanek, Atticus Dick, Keenan Wyman, Landon Hefling and Colton Humphrey all participated in the event.
Additionally, Blake Jackson, Joslyn Policky, Brooke Jannine, Jess Hineman, Taylor O'Neil, Claire Mann and Addie Sullivan competed in Unified events during the Badgers' home meet.
