Makayla Baughman scored seven points Monday as her Red team beat the Blues during an Nebraska Coaches Association girls basketball game at Lincoln North Star.
The 2022 Blair High School graduate shot 3-for-7 from the field and 1-for-1 from the foul line as the Reds won, 75-59, according to the Omaha World-Herald.
Libby Trausch of Adams Central led the Red squad with 14 points, while Hastings St. Cecilia grad Bailey Kissinger scored 13 points and pulled down 10 rebounds.
Fremont's Macy Bryant, meanwhile, led the Blue team with 11 points in defeat. Millard South's Megan Belt added 10, too.
Baughman will join the Benedictine College (Kan.) basketball program this coming school year. The former Bear helped her team to the state tournament last spring and capped her prep career at the NSAA Track & Field Championships in May.
