Through four matches, the 4-0 Blair High School girls soccer team has outscored its opposition 30-0.
“We're doing so good,” goalkeeper Brooklyn Schroeter said after win No. 3 Thursday. “I mean, I'm so excited to be on this team. We're doing amazing.”
On Saturday, the sophomore added her fourth shoutout of the season between the posts against Hastings. The Bears, meanwhile, scored 10 goals — five each half — to win, 10-0, on the road.

Coach Nick Hall's squad was scheduled to play Monday at Elkhorn North and next competes 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Lincoln Standing Bear.

Bears beat Platteview
Last Thursday, the Bears handled Platteview at Krantz Field, 5-0.
“This was a test for them,” Coach Hall said afterward. “Platteview is coached well. They have some good players.”
But the home squad started fast with Field scoring two quick goals. The first came during the first minute of the match on an assist by Anderson.
“We just do a good job of getting (Field) the ball in space,” Hall said. “And she does a great job. Even when the ball is at her feet, she's so fast.”
The ninth-grader finished the match with three goals total, scoring the last during the 76th minute.
“She knows her strengths and plays to them very well,” Hall added.
Brown and O'Neil added a goal apiece for the Bears, too. Anderson, meanwhile, finished with three assists, and Ray and Renn Dresden had one apiece.
In goal, Schroeter credited her third shoutout of the season to her teammates.
“We have all of these amazing strikers and, at practice, they really push me,” the keeper said. “And my defense is doing amazing.”
She had her biggest save of the game during the 19th minute, stopping a Platteview Trojan from scoring in a 1-on-1 situation.
When asked how she wasable to make the stop, Schroeter credited, “Just practice and repetition.”
