Arlington boys push winning streak to 4 games

Eagles are 6-5 overall after Broken Bow win

The Arlington High School boys basketball team ran its overall record to 6-5 Saturday with its fourth-straight victory.
The Eagles earned it 63-41 against Broken Bow (4-7 overall) on a neutral floor in Kearney as the varsity girls team participated in the Nebraska Girls Basketball Showcase. The boys led by seven points after one period and by 15 at halftime.
Oliver Ladehoff produced 27 points during the AHS victory, knocking down four 3-point buckets. He scored inside the arc seven times, too, while sinking one free throw against the Indians.
Senior Trent Koger added 15 points for the Eagles and Schuyler Logemann scored 12 with two 3-point makes during the third quarter.
Arlington next plays 7:30 p.m. today at North Bend Central before Thursday's 7:30 p.m. home game against Syracuse.

Eagles beat Mustangs at home
Arlington built its lead out to 24 points through three quarters, knocking off Raymond Central on Friday, 63-50.
Substitute Ryder Logemann capped the Eagles' rise with a buzzer-beating 3 from the corner to end the third period. It was his lone bucket of the game, while Koger led the home team with 26 points. The senior was 6-for-6 from the foul line to go with his 10 2-point baskets.
Schuyler Logemann, meanwhile, scored a season-high 16 points for AHS. He, too, contributed to the Eagles' perfect 12-for-12 performance from the line with two makes.
Colton Dubas led Raymond Central in defeat with 18 points, scoring nine during the final period as the home team gave its reserves more playing time.
