The Arlington girls basketball team was scheduled for a pair of games Friday and Saturday and played neither.
The Nebraska City game set for Friday was postponed due to illness on the Pioneers' roster, while Saturday's contest against Omaha Brownell-Talbot was called off due to illness and injury within the Raiders' program. Both were Eagles home games and may be rescheduled, according to AHS Activities Director James Shada.
Arlington is 1-2 so far this season with a road win against Ashland-Greenwood. Sophomore Britt Nielsen leads the team in scoring with 12.3 points per game.
The Eagles next play 6 p.m. today against Douglas County West. The matchup is another home game for coach Luke Brenn's squad.
