Wins were attained and records fell.
It was just another week for Washington County’s latest Nannen & Harte Physical Therapy Athletes of the Week. Read on to find out just what Sam Halford, Keelianne Green and Ethan Baessler accomplished.

Sam Halford, Fort Calhoun baseball: The infielder produced a walk-off win for the Pioneers during the first round of the Nebraska Capitol Conference Tournament against Louisville. His game-winning RBI ended FCHS’ nine-game losing streak.

Keelianne Green, Arlington track: The Eagle won two events Friday in Wahoo. She earned the 1,600-meter run victory in 5:32.72 and cleared 17 feet, 1 inch in the long jump.

Ethan Baessler, Blair track: The sprinter broke two school records and was apart of five event wins across two meets. His two new school-best marks in the 100- and 200-meter dashes are 10.58 and 22.15 seconds, respectively.
