Blair girls basketball drops to 12-6

Bears lose to 4-11 Roncalli

The Omaha Roncalli girls basketball team earned its fourth win of the season Tuesday, upsetting the visiting Blair Bears 39-35.
Playing without senior starter Kaitlyn Johnson, coach Matt Aschoff's team fell to 12-6 in defeat. The Bears have lost three straight.
Sophomore Addie Sullivan led BHS in scoring with 11 points. She made four field goals and was 3-for-4 from the foul line, while Joslyn Policky scored eight points. Kate Wulf added six off of the bench, too.
Rhionna Matthews, meanwhile, led the Roncalli Pride with 11 points. Agnes Lampe added eight as her team improved to 4-11 overall.
Blair was scheduled to play Thursday at Fremont Bergan and next competes 2 p.m. Saturday at Seward.
