VILLAGE OF HERMAN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING The Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Herman will hold a public hearing and meeting at 7:00 p.m. on August 10, 2021, at the Village office, 504 Main Street, Herman, NE 68029, for consideration of applications for conditional use permits for the following: A manufactured home at the following property within the Medium to High Density Residential District (R2): Tax Lot 3, Block 4, 5 PC 1, Village of Herman, Washington County, NE, commonly known as 207 E 5th Street, Herman, NE 68029. A manufactured home at the following property within the Medium to High Density Residential District (R2): Tax Lot 6, Block 23, 5 PC 3, Village of Herman, Washington County, NE, commonly known as 207 E 4th Street, Herman, NE 68029. At said time and place all interested parties and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, and the Planning Commission will recommend to the Village Board of Trustees whether said conditional use permit shall be granted.
