Village of Herman Minutes of Special-Called Meeting June 21, 2022 Page 1 The special-called meeting of the chairman and board of trustees of the Village of Herman, Nebraska was convened in open public session at 7:00p.m. on June 21, 2022, at the Herman Village Office. Notice was given in advance by posting. The meeting was called was called to order at 7:00p.m. Trustees Hansen, Kuhl, and Peters were present. Christiansen was excused. Trustee Peters introduced resolution 2022-5, a resolution whereas Great Plains Communications and the Village of Herman have agreed that an application by Great Plain Communication for Nebraska Broadband Bridge Act Grant Program funding is essential to the public interest and welfare of residents and businesses in the Village of Herman and moved for its adoption, motion seconded by Hansen. Chairman Kuhl called for the roll call, ayes, Hansen, Peters & Kuhl. Nayes, non. Chairman Kuhl declared foregoing resolution passed and approve this 21st day of June, 2022. Motion by Hansen, second by Peters to have Christensen read meters. Roll call, all ayes. Motion carried Motion by Hansen, second by Peters to pay People Service one month in advance.
