Village of Herman Minutes of Meeting September 13, 2022 The meeting of the chairman and board of trustees of the Village of Herman, Nebraska was convened in open public session at 7:00p.m. on September 13, 2022, held at the Village Office. Notice was given in advance by posting. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Kuhl at 7:00p.m. Trustees Christiansen, Hansen, Peters and Wofford were present. Motion by Hansen, second by Peters to approve minutes of August 9, 2022. Roll call, all ayes, motion carried. Motion by Peters, second by Christiansen to approve the July 31, 2022 treasurer’s report, roll call, all ayes, motion carried. Motion by Hansen, second by Wofford to approve the bills as presented. Peters introduced Resolution 2022-7 approving the signing of the Municipal Annual Certification of Program Compliance for 2022. Motion by Christiansen, seconded by Hansen to adopt Resolution 2022-7 as presented. Chairman called for the roll call, all ayes. Nays – none. Chairman declared foregoing resolution passed and approve this 13th day of September, 2022 Trustee Peters introduced Resolution 2022-8, a resolution whereas the Village Street Superintendent has prepared and presented the One Year and Six Year Plan for Street Improvement Program for the Village of Herman and a public meeting was held on September 13, 2022 to present the plan. Trustee Christiansen moved for its adoption, seconded by Trustee Wofford. The Chairman called for the roll call, ayes – Christiansen, Hansen, Peters and Wofford. Nays – none. The Chairman declared foregoing resolution passed and approve this 13th day of September 13, 2022 Motion by Hansen, second by Christiansen to adjourn.
