Village of Herman Minutes of Meeting January 11, 2022 The meeting of the chairman and board of trustees of the Village of Herman, Nebraska was convened in open public session at 7:00p.m. on January 11, 2022, held at the Village Office. Notice was given in advance by posting. The meeting was called to order by Trustee Christiansen at 7:00p.m. Trustee Hansen and Kuhl were present. Chairman Christensen & Trustee Peters were excused. Motion by Hansen, second by Kuhl to approve the minutes of December 28, 2021. Roll call, all ayes. Motion carried.
