Advance notice was shown to the public in the newspaper and posted at the Village office and Craig Post Office. A copy of the notice is on file at the Craig Village Office. Board Members present: Chairman, Duane Hinman, Hope Benne, Jean Meyer, Mike Uhing, and Melissa Pedersen. Also present, Bart Meyer, Susan Skinner, Jen Hinman and community members. Meyer, M. Unwin, and J. Hinman INFORMATIONAL Ordinance workshops will be March 16th at 7:00 p.m. Craig Clean Up day will either be April 17th with a beautification day in May. A motion to approve the consent agenda was made by M. Pedersen and seconded by J. Meyer. All present voted AYE. Items included in consent agenda: April 8th agenda, March 11, 2021 minutes, and April 2021 claims. M. Pedersen moved to begin transferring $500 each month to put into the water reserve account. H. Benne seconded. All present voted AYE. Treasurer’s Report was presented to the board. M. Pedersen moved to accept the Treasurer’s report. J. Meyer seconded the motion. All present voted AYE. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS H.B. moved to approve the equipment reserve account resolution and to have $750 transferred each month. M. Pedersen seconded. All present voted AYE. CLOSED SESSION Meeting adjourned at 7:58 p.m. by a motion from M. Pedersen, seconded by J. Meyer. All present voted AYE.
