Gary Olsen, born Aug. 24, 1937, in Marquete, passed away Feb. 7, 2022, in Earling, Iowa. Gary is survived by his wife Gretchen Olsen of Fort Calhoun; children Fr. Eric Olsen of Lindsay; Nicole (Doug) Ziska of Omaha; Lisa Olsen of Earling; Monica (Frank) Shimerdla of Earling; Paul (Kristen) Olsen of Wamego, Kan.; David (Jennifer) Olsen of Amana, Iowa;17 grandchildren; brother Ronald (Mary) Olsen of Punta Gorda, Fla.
Services were held Thursday, Feb. 10, 2022, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Earling.
Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, Feb. 11, 2022, at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Earling
