The snowstorm, which is expected to drop nearly a foot of snow in some locations Monday is causing some places to close or limit services.
The Washington County Courthouse was closing at noon. The Washington County Sheriff's Office also tweeted it would be closing as well.
Memorial Community Hospital and Health System will have limited services. The emergency room will be open. However, the primary care clinics in Blair, Fort Calhoun and Tekamah will be closed, as will the walk-in clinic.
Goodwill in Blair is closed.
Enterprise Media Group was closing its office at noon.
Schools in Arlington, Blair and Fort Calhoun announced their closures Sunday night. Arlington Public Schools had a regularly scheduled day off, though St. Paul's Lutheran School closed due to the weather.
A snow emergency has been declared in Arlington.
