Scott Allen Shuster Sr., 59, formerly of Blair, passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully on April 14, 2021, at his home in Rock Creek, W.Va.
A funeral service is being planned in Rock Creek, W.Va., and a memorial service is pending in Blair.
