Terrie Deklavs is celebrating her retirement Feb. 3, 2023. Family and friends are hosting an open house in her honor. The celebration is taking place Friday, Feb. 3, 5 p.m. at Jake’s Sports Bar & Grill, 218 S. 8th, St., Blair.
