PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC Be advised that Washington County Resolution No. 92-03 prohibits any person from depositing or causing the accumulation of snow on any lawful public road or its right-of-way in Washington County, Nebraska. Said offense is a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, the defendant may be fined an amount not exceeding $100.00 per occurrence or may be imprisoned in the Washington County jail for not more than thirty (30) days. This Resolution was passed by the Washington County Board Of Supervisors in an attempt to minimize hazardous road conditions caused by the accumulation of snow on county roads and right-of-ways.
