Patrick Salsbury, age 71, passed away March 10, 2025, at his home south of Blair. Graveside services will be held March 20, 2025, at 11 a.m. at the Blair Cemetery.
Patrick was born January 22, 1954 in Blair, Nebraska, the son of Mike and Carla Salsbury. He was a graduate of Blair High School. After high school he joined the workforce and began working at Valmont. He later worked as a mechanic in the construction trades, and worked for Randy Blomker on the farm for over 25 years.
Patrick will always be remembered as a “tinkerer.” He was fascinated by anything mechanical, and was an avid student of history.
Patrick is survived by his sisters; Bonnie (Terry) Lang, Betty (Audie) Taylor; nieces and nephews; brother-in-law Ted Jeary, extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and sisters Joyce and Shelia Jeary.
