A janitor at Otte Blair Middle School was arrested by the Blair Police Department for having sexually explicit photos of a student.
Orlando Blair, 25, is charged with possession of child pornography and child abuse.
According to an arrest affidavit, on Wednesday, three students alerted the school's principal with information of a janitor, identified as Blair, sending a photo and a message to a 14-year-old student.
The three reporting students informed the principal that Blair had sent explicit photos to the victim.
On May 12, a school resource officer and Blair police officer met with the principal to discuss the incident with the victim's parent.
A search of the student's phone revealed Blair and she had talked through the phone app Snapchat.
The student admitted both she and Blair sent each other sexually explicit photos.
Law enforcement and administration met with Blair Thursday, who when asked voluntarily turned over his cellphone.
Blair told police he had befriended several male students through Snapchat, and a few female students had also added him on the app.
Blair said he "heard rumors" that some of the female students had sent sexually explicit photos and videos to him, but denied receiving any.
An officer spoke with Blair, who admitted to interacting with the victim on Snapchat around a month ago.
He stated he began receiving explicit photos from an unknown person, but soon recognized the person as the female student.
Blair said after he recognized the student, he sent a sexually explicit photo of himself.
He denied having any physical contact with the student or any other student at the middle school. Blair also said he only sent photos to the victim.
