NOTICE OF PASSAGE AND PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE Public notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska, at their meeting on January 26 2021 have passed and approved Ordinance No. 2426 the title of which reads as follows: ORDINANCE 2426 AN ORDINANCE VACATING REAL ESTATE KNOWN AS OUTLOT (B), TYSON’S SKYLINE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF BLAIR, WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE IN PAMPHLET FORM.
