NOTICE OF MEETING TO LEVY SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN PAVING DISTRICT 200, WATER EXTENSION DISTRICT 55 AND SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION DISTRICT 77 ALL IN DEERFIELD ADDITION REPLAT, BLAIR, WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA Notice is hereby given to all persons owning, occupying or interested in lots or parcels of land known as Paving District No. 200, Water Extension District No. 55 and Sanitary Sewer Extension No.77 all in Deerfield Addition Replat that on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 7 o’clock P.M. at 218 S. 16th Street, Blair, Nebraska, a meeting of the Mayor and City Council sitting as a Board of Equalization and Assessment will equalize, levy and specially assess the costs of improvements in Paving District No. 200, Water Extension District No. 55 and Sanitary Sewer Extension No.77 all in Transformation Hill Subdivision. The property subject to assessments is described in Resolution No. 2021-28, which was adopted on September 14, 2021. At such meeting, all persons interested may appear and make objection to such assessments. The proposed schedule of assessments is available for inspection at the office of the City Clerk.
