NOTICE OF HEARING CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing before the City Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at 7 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 218 South 16th Street, Blair, Nebraska 68008, to consider and possibly take action on a redevelopment plan entitled: "Redevelopment Plan for the Grant Street Industrial Park Redevelopment Project," for redevelopment pursuant to the Community Development Law, Nebraska Revised Statutes, sections 18-2101, et seq., within a portion of the blighted and substandard Blair Core Area, more particularly described as: LOTS 1 THROUGH 6 INCLUSIVE, GRANT STREET INDUSTRIAL PARK, A TRACT OF LAND BEING ALL OF TAX LOT 271, A TAX LOT LOCATED IN PART OF THE SE1/4, AND ALSO PART OF THE SW1/4, BOTH BEING LOCATED IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 18 NORTH, RANGE 12 EAST OF THE 6TH P.M., WASHINGTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
