Washington County sheriff's deputies cited a man for firing a gun in the air Sunday during a Fourth of July celebration in Kennard.
Deputies responded to the residence at approximately 8:52 p.m.
Christopher Newman, 59, was cited for discharging a firearm within the village of Kennard. According to the sheriff's report, several rounds were fired off.
