The Blair Senior Legion baseball team improved to 2-1 at the Class B state tournament Monday in Broken Bow.
The Post 154 Bears completed a five-run comeback to beat Ogallala 11-8, advancing into a to-be-determined semifinals matchup. Coach James Bilslend's team will play Waverly at 3 p.m. Tuesday.
Blair fell behind 8-3 Monday when Ogallala scored six runs during the top of the fourth inning. The Seniors team responded, however, with eight of its own runs over the next 2.5 innings.
The Bears' Lee Chavez-Lara evened the score at 8-all during the fifth frame with a one-out RBI single. Greyson Kay then supplied the go-ahead swing in the sixth before Nate Wachter hit a solo homer and Eli Morgan plated Conner O'Neil for a three-run lead.
Chavez-Lara took the mound for the seventh frame and closed out the win.
