Larry M. Seefus, age 79 of Omaha, passed away on Jan. 7, 2022, in Blair. He is preceded in death by parents, Mike and Louise Seefus; grandson, Joshua J. Seefus; brothers, Donald Hirtzel, Jerry Seefus, Mike Seefus Jr. and George Seefus,; twin sister, Loretta Villafuerte; sisters, Mary Davis, Joann Scruggs and Sharon Scruggs.
Survived by wife, Janice of Omaha; sons, Jay (Lori) Seefus and Larry M. Jr. (Casey) Seefus, both of Fort Calhoun and Terry (Mary) Seefus of Omaha; sister-in-law, Jan Seefus of Burwell, NE; brothers-in-law, John Scruggs and Glen Scruggs, both of Omaha; grandchildren, Kayla (B.J.) Nilson, Molly (Brent) Lakin, Andrea Seefus, Larry III (Megan) Seefus, Hunter, Cody, Chance, Colton and Caden Seefus; 6 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation is from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2022, at Sievers-Sprick Funeral Home. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 13, 2022 also at the funeral home.
Interment is at Fort Calhoun Cemetery Memorials suggested to Fort Calhoun Fire and Rescue.
