Within said District, the street to be improved and improvements to be included are: Sycamore Drive from Ravae Lane to Mulberry Drive, Mulberry Drive from Sycamre Drive to Southern Hills Drive, Southern Hills Drive from Mulberry Drive to County Road P31 and County Road P31 from end of existing paving to the north end of Southern Hills Subdivision in the Southern Hills Subdivision of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska. The improvements to be constructed in Paving District Number 201 shall include grading, paving, curbing, guttering, storm sewer or asphalt paving and other necessary or incidental appurtenances to the improvements. Paving will consist of 25 feet wide by 7 inches thick Portland Cement Concrete for Sycamore Drive, Mulberry Drive, Southern Hills Drive and 7 inches of asphaltic concrete for County Road P31. All of said improvements shall be constructed to the established grades as fixed by ordinance of said City and shall be constructed in accordance with plans and specifications to be approved by the City Council. Said improvements in Paving District Number 201 shall be made at public cost, and the cost of such improvements, excepting street intersections and County Road P31, will be assessed against the property within said District specially benefited thereby, in proportion to such benefits. If the owners of the record title representing more than fifty percent (50%) of the front footage of the property abutting or adjoining any of the street or streets to be improved in said District and who were such owners at the time the ordinance creating said District was published, shall file with the Clerk, within twenty days from the first publication of this notice, written objections to the improvements in said District, said work shall not be done in said District under said ordinance, and said ordinance shall be repealed. If objections are not filed in the time or manner aforesaid with respect to said District, the Mayor and Council will forthwith proceed to construct such street improvements in said District as provided in said Ordinance.
