INVITATION TO BID The City of Fort Calhoun is accepting bids for newer than 2008 Elgin Pelican Sweeper with less than 5,000 hours and dual gutter brooms. Must be sweep-ready and fully reconditioned. Proposals must be filed at the city office no later than 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 19th, 2021 for the bid opening.
