The Omaha Concordia boys basketball team bested Arlington on Friday in a potential subdistrict finals preview.
The Mustangs led the road game 25-17 at halftime and used a 17-14 fourth quarter to hold off the Eagles, 53-47. They improved to 18-4 with the win, while coach Tyler Spitser's squad fell to 14-8 in defeat. The teams begin subdistrict postseason play tonight at AHS before a potential rematch in the final.
Dustin Kirk led Arlington with 16 points in the regular season finale. Colby Grefe notched 10 and Aiden Foreman added nine.
Concordia's Zac Kulus, meanwhile, scored a game-high 23 points.
