It’s hard to keep a business afloat in a regular year, with all the conditions right. Some businesses opened their doors in the thick of the pandemic. Jordan Rishel, executive director of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce, said overall Washington County businesses fared pretty well through the pandemic.
