Blair High School senior Lexi Hilgenkamp is one of more than 800 cheerleaders and dancers from across the country who are set to perform this weekend at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Fla., according to a Varsity Spirit release.
The cheerleader — who also earned an opportunity last December to perform during the Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade Honolulu — will participate during the Varsity Spirit Spectacular, which is today through Monday. She earned her place through summer camp work, claiming All-American status there.
“Lexi will perform in an exclusive performance at Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park before hundreds of fans,” the release stated. “Besides enjoying a sunny trip to Orlando, performers will have the opportunity to meet cheerleaders across that nation and enjoy a magical holiday season at Walt Disney World Resort parks.”
