• William Coughran, 23, of Omaha pleaded not guilty to use of a firearm to commit a felony, a Class 1C felony; possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, a Class 1D felony; robbery, a Class 2 felony; and criminal mischief, a Class 4 felony.

Coughran could face five to 50 years on the use of a firearm charge, three to 50 years on the possession charge, one to 50 years for the robbery charge and up to two years in prison on the criminal mischief if convicted.

Coughran was arrested June 29 following a carjacking southeast of Fort Calhoun.

His next court date is Oct. 2.

• Richard A. Fredrickson, 30, of Omaha pleaded not guilty to use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony, a Class 1C felony; possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person, a Class 1D felony; and robbery, a Class 2 felony.

Fredrickson is also charged as a habitual criminal, which could enhance the penalties for each felony. He could face 10 to 60 years on each charge if convicted.

Fredrickson was arrested April 11 following an armed robbery at a Fort Calhoun gas station.

His next court date is Oct. 2.

• Matthew Love, 21, of Blair pleaded not guilty to terroristic threats, a Class 3A felony.

Love could face up to three years in prison, nine to 18 months post-release supervision and up to a $10,000 fine if convicted.

Love was arrested April 18 on a warrant. He is accused of threatening to kill several people following a disturbance April 3.
