Seventh-seeded Arlington started Nebraska Capitol Conference Tournament play Tuesday at No. 2 Syracuse.

The Rockets won the first set 25-14, but lost the second to the underdog Eagles 25-23. Syracuse then won the next two — 25-9, 25-10 — to win 3-1.

Arlington next plays today at Fort Calhoun in a consolation match.
