Two brothers from Omaha have been charged in Washington County Court relating to burglaries in southeast Washington County.
Jeremy Robinson, 34, was charged Nov. 19 with two counts of burglary and criminal mischief of $1,500 or more. Christopher L. Robinson, 36, was charged Nov. 19 with one count of burglary and theft by unlawful taking $0-$200.
According to court records from Washington County Sheriff’s investigators, the door of a home was kicked in at 2981 County Road P-40, Omaha, on Nov. 8, and several personal items were reported stolen, worth about $200. Damage to the home was estimated at $700.
Near that area, a window was broken in a residential camper at 4365 CR 49, and about $30 worth of property was taken from the camper.
Investigation records said the men were suspected of driving around with several friends and knocking on doors to determine if anyone was home. When no one was home at one residence, they allegedly burglarized it.
The men will appear in court again Dec. 4.
