Jerry and Nancy Croghan of Manning and Mark and Tracy Michael of Magnolia announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Amber Croghan and Clayton Michael.
A 2 p.m. ceremony on Saturday, June 3, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Manning is planned. A reception will follow at St. Mary's Parish in Panama.
The bride-to-be is a 2011 graduate of IKM-Manning High School and a 2016 graduate of College of Saint Mary in Omaha, Neb., with a Master's degree in occupational therapy.
The groom-to-be is a 2009 graduate of Logan-Magnolia High School and a 2015 graduate of Iowa State University in Ames with a Master's degree in bio-renewable technologies and food science and nutrition.
The couple currently resides in Fairmont, Minn. Amber is an Occupational Therapist employed at Mayo Clinic Health System and Prairie River Home Care in Fairmont, Minn. Clayton is an Environmental Health and Safety Manager employed at Green Plains Renewable Energy in Fairmont, Minn.
